We've been using Northpoint Insurance (and their predecessor Carper Insurance) for 20+ years. I'm a procrastinator, and today Nigel went above and beyond to help me get my auto insurance premium paid at the last minute. I really appreciate his help, and the personal service of everyone at Northpoint.

My experience with Eli Wyatt, North Point Insurance Advisors, was outstanding. He was knowlwdgeable, friendly and very prompt in answering questions regarding my home owners policy. I would not hesitate to go back to him for advice on policy changes in the future.

Finally, a company that appreciates policyholders. Nigel was great to deal with, getting us set up, and Scottie answered some questions we had with clarity; no insurance 'speak'. We left another carrier after 46 years due to cost and feeling like we were just being taken advantage of. So glad we chose Northpoint!!!
