This group is great- highly recommend! We used to have our policies with one of the big national brands, and they were fine, but the service, offerings, and price are all better here at Northpoint. Saved more than 20% on price while getting better coverage when I first switched over several years ago. They've been really easy to work with ever since- I can shoot an email or call the office and get a response right away rather than having to wait through a call center.

I sold my car and asked Eli to cancel my insurance. He was very help and efficient, also he reminded me that I had to return the plate before cancel the insurance to avoid any fine from DMV . His service and support are exceptional.

Today I realized I had not paid my homeowners insurance as I’ve been out of town and when I came home, I saw the bill in my mail so I panicked and I immediately called and I spoke with Eli Wyatt. He was very helpful and took my payment over the phone so I didn’t get a late fee or risk it getting held up in the mail since I was already calling on the day it was actually due. I feel like he is a tremendous asset to Northpoint and I’m very thankful I reached him today.

Eli worked to give me a breakdown of the charges reimbursements and notes to the described. I appreciate that he followed up with me the same date as agreed upon. I like that very much. In addition, he worked with other agents who knew more of the policies. I like that also. All this was a learning event for both of us.
