I discovered this agency after shopping around for better rates/coverage from a large national carrier that I had been with for many years. The entire team was super helpful and professional laying out options to save money and have better coverage. I could not be more pleased with the agency and highly recommend them for all insurance needs.

Nigel helped find me an incredible rate on my wife and I’s auto policy. He was able to explain all the insurance terms and phrases in a way that was easy to understand. Nigel was extremely personable. I would highly suggest reaching out and seeing how much Nigel can save you. North Point as a whole has been an incredible company to have the opportunity to work with, and Nigel is the absolute highlight of that company. Could not be happier with the service I’ve been given!

Though I've had my Northpoint insurance , since before the agency was named Northpoint--I've had very little need to call threm, until this year: Broken pipes did a huge amount of damage to my cabin this winter, my only valuable piece of jerlery was lost, and then yesterday my car suffered a parking lot hit n run. Following each mishap, I called the Northpoint and recieved an almost immediate response, and very personal service.
Insurance companies--rightfully--have a bad reputation. Northpoint, under Scottie's leadership, is a great exception. If you want personal and budget councious service, Northpoint is the company for you!
