Finally, a company that appreciates policyholders. Nigel was great to deal with, getting us set up, and Scottie answered some questions we had with clarity; no insurance 'speak'. We left another carrier after 46 years due to cost and feeling like we were just being taken advantage of. So glad we chose Northpoint!!!

Eli has attended to my concerns bout the higher cost of insurances this year. I would assume that Erie is no worse than any other. It is disappointing however that we have to pay more when ai have had absolutely zero claims either for house or autos.
