At Northpoint Insurance Advisors, our work has always been rooted in people—our clients, our community, and the relationships we build every single day. We wanted to tangibly express our gratitude by hosting two special Customer Appreciation events: one in the Roanoke/Salem area and another in the New River Valley.
Both gatherings featured delicious lunches, warm conversations, and meaningful face-to-face time with the individuals and families who trust us to protect what matters most. It was especially meaningful that the venues themselves—Due South BBQ in Roanoke and Your Pie Pizza in Blacksburg—are also valued clients of Northpoint.
These events were much more than just a meal. They were an intentional celebration of partnership, loyalty, and the community that makes Northpoint who we are.

Prioritizing Connection
While modern communication tools have their benefits, nothing replaces the sincerity and energy of being in person. Our President, Scottie Wyatt reflected:
“In the world of constant digital communication, such as email, text, or Zoom calls, we embrace the opportunity to have in-person connections with our clients. We love doing client appreciation days—it really reminds us of why we do what we do!”
These gatherings reminded us that relationships are the heart of our work. Insurance isn’t just about policies—it’s about people, trust, and being there when it matters. Seeing our clients face-to-face reaffirmed the purpose behind every conversation, every recommendation, and every moment of service.

The Art of Gratitude
For Tullio O’Reilly, our Marketing and Operations Manager, these events were more than gatherings—they were a meaningful expression of appreciation and the values Northpoint stands for. Reflecting on the purpose behind them, Tullio shared:
“Showing gratitude for customers’ loyalty is easy but many say it is a lost art. I’m thankful to be on a team of advisors who want to educate customers and empower them in making confident decisions. This results in customers being positioned to celebrate the partnership of doing business together with us; customer appreciation!”
At Northpoint, we believe gratitude should never go out of style. These events were our opportunity to reclaim that “lost art”—to pause, look our clients in the eye, shake their hands, and thank them for choosing us.

Our Commitment to Invest in Relationships
Both the Roanoke/Salem and New River Valley events were filled with great food, laughter, and meaningful conversations. But above all, they were filled with gratitude—our gratitude—for the people who make our work meaningful.
We are honored to serve this community, grateful for the trust our clients place in us, and excited to continue investing in relationships that go far beyond insurance.
Here’s to many more shared meals, conversations, and celebrations ahead.
