I've had the pleasure of working with Scottie for my business' insurance needs. He is friendly, thorough, and helpful throughout. He never pushes something you don't need. I would strongly recommend him and Carper Insurance.

Scottie and the team were very responsive and prompt in getting information to me and in answering my several questions over the course of deciding on whether to go with them or another insurance provider. This included responses in email and by phone. They presented several alternatives, took the time to explain the terms and cost/benefits of each, but were not pushy--just helpful and informative. Bottom line, the service was personal and outstanding. The policy terms and rates were competitive for all the alternatives I looked at, and in some cases just plain better. In the end, the combination of service and good insurance policies at a good rate made the decision to go with Carper a no-brainer.
