Scottie runs a top notch, customer oriented, insurance company. When I switched to Northpoint I was looking for in person or live agent interaction. What I received was beyond my expectations. Scottie took over an hour at my initial meeting to get to know me and my business. Kimberly has time and time gone to great lengths to assist in filings or search for additional coverage. The trust they've fostered assures me that 10/10 I will go with whatever changes they feel would best protect my interest or assets. I recommend Scottie and his entire team if you are looking for a personal touch in the modern world. Thanks Scottie, especially Kimberly!
