Marek Wint went above and beyond to be sure my payment plan was converted as I wished. I called on another matter three months prior to my renewal and, when he'd resolved that, Marek asked if I had any thing else he could help me with, so I explained about the payment change I wanted to make. He added a "to do" task on his calendar and actually followed up two months later! He made several calls to me - we played phone tag a bit, but he never gave up, and my payment plan is ready to go.
The task was a small one. Even so, Marek provided an example of exceptional customer service with conscientous attention to even the small details, and that's nothing short of monumental.
